You are always welcome to return an item both in-store and online, only if you are in Thailand. We DO NOT accept a returned item from oversea. Please see below for information on our return policy.
- Item(s) are returned within 10 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Item(s) must be in new and unused condition, with tags or labels attached, and nondamaged packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If return by mail, please contact us via facebook or call. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Exchange is for stock items only.
- Exchanging item must be equal amount as your receipt. If you wish to exchange a more expensive item, you must purchase the excess amount. We accept only Thai baht transfer for this process.
